INTERESTS

My interests vary from time to time depending on how much free time a get. I have my passions and then there are other interests to which I become addicted.

GOLF

There is just something about being out on the golf course in the early morning. I have a passion for playing golf and I enjoy any chance I get to be out on the course, trying to improve my game. I play off of 10 and play regularly with my brothers and the Smilingdale Eagles social club.

FISHING

Fishing is in my families blood. I was taught to fish since I could stand up and hold a rod and love the thrill of the hunt or the relaxing time waiting for a bite.

REMOTE CONTROLS

Over the past few years I have become aquainted with remote control toys. I have flown helicopters and cars, but now my passion is to fly remote control warbirds. I don't enjoy the fixing the broken plane parts, but will endeavour to find the day when I don't crash and don't have to fix it anymore.

Other interests include: Needlework - tapestry, cross-stich, sewing, art - drawing and painting, any type of game; physical or mental, board or electronic. I can make a game out with just about anything. I love to read and watch movies with preference to drama and action and history. I love to play the guitar, the banjo and the mandolin and enjoy teaching my 18 month old how to play. I love technology and computers and I enjoy listening to 612 talkback radio. I love to cook desserts and last but not least I love the water. I have grown up swimming and now I am a swimming instructor. There is just something about being in the water that makes me happy. I have a child like passion for things that I find interesting and I enjoy teaching others about my passions.
